"Our servers cannot process your request at this time"

does anyone know how to fix this issue? every time i try to play ultimate team challenges it throws this error and i have yet to find an actual resolution to fix this everything ive tired has not worked and ive contacted ea support but that goes no where they dont send emails back or anything and there is no live agent to talk to. i just wanna play the game i enjoy and payed for but havent been able to for months

  • Hi buddy, I'm having the exact same problem. After some time, I wanted to play again and I have the same problem. I looked at various tutorials on YouTube, but nothing helped. When I play other online games, such as NFS, everything works fine, as do other games, such as those from Ubisoft or Counter Strike, and there is no problem with the connection. EA is terrible in this regard, and I'm sorry that people have to solve problems through complicated tutorials... Can someone help us, **bleep** it?

  • Yes im having the same exact issues “unable to access ea servers” then the “servers unable to process request” im on live chat rn with them they dont even know what it is

  • After a few days, the same problem persists, the servers are still unavailable, and the 100 Mbps connection is stable. This is the last time I'll spend so much money on a game that doesn't work or a game that is built for online play, UT. I see that this is bothering many players, and EA is doing nothing about it. I used to play UT for several hours a day without any problems, so why is this happening after a few weeks?

     

     

  • Been dealing with this for weeks on PC. Crazy part is they let you play randoms on head to head quick match but not with my friends. As soon as my buddy connects it kicks him and gives this message 

  • I’m dealing with this at this exact moment, been since this morning. I even contacted PlayStation to see if it was an issue with my account there not being valid to connect with EA. But I’ve been scouring trying to find a way to contact ANYBODY to resolve this, but have come to same conclusions as it appears you all have reached. College football lets me play Ultimate Team. If anyone finds the solution, PLEASE share. Or if EA would like to be accountable and resolve this, that would be even better. 

  • EA_cuervo​  I’m having the exact same issue being described where the game just can’t login because the servers “cannot process your request at this time.”

    My situation — I can’t enter the game at all, not just a mode. For over 4 weeks I get the same error every time I try to load Madden 26 on PS5. It also happens on the Companion App, so it’s not just a console/network problem. 

    I’ve done all the usual steps (rebuild PS5 database, full reinstall, network/DNS troubleshooting, cache clears), and importantly a different EA account works on the same PS5, proving this is account-specific and server-side.

    I’ve opened and escalated EA Case #234728507 with support multiple times, and they’ve acknowledged the issue is server-side but so far haven’t fixed it. This clearly needs backend intervention, not client troubleshooting.

    Adding for visibility — being unable to play a paid game for this long is extremely frustrating for many of us.

  • Today I turned on the game and without changing or doing anything, the game started up, the servers were running, you can do whatever you want, but there is really a problem on EA's side.

  • Just leaving my comment, I've had the same issue since October of 2025. I deleted the game and only pop back into the forums to see if there's any updates. Looks like there's no new updates to fix this.
