Player not awarded

I opened the 97+ Opportunity Training Pack and packed 99 Fernando Mendoza. Right after I saw the intro and confirmed the player, my power suddenly cut off and my console shut down. When I got back on the game later, the pack was completely gone from my account and Fernando Mendoza was never awarded to my team or inventory. I checked everywhere, including unopened packs and player items, but he was missing. I’m asking if my account can be reviewed and the missing player or pack can be restored since I clearly packed him before the unexpected shutdown happened.
