Ranked H2H wins not tracking RP HELP

Hi there,

I’m reaching out because I ran into a serious issue in Madden 26 Ultimate Team Ranked H2H. On Nov 27th at around 12:30 AM CST, my wins stopped awarding any ranking points at all. I exited the game and reloaded, but the issue continued — I won multiple games and received zero progress on the leaderboard.

This wouldn’t normally be something I’d make a ticket for, but I’ve put a lot of time into this season specifically to try to earn the Top 100 93 OVR Ranked Legend Player Fantasy Pack. With only a few days left, every win is critical, and missing points due to a system issue puts me at a major disadvantage despite the time and effort I’ve already invested.

I’m hoping you can look into this and help correct the problem. Whether that means restoring the points I should have earned during that timeframe or ensuring I still qualify for the Top 100 93 OVR Ranked Legend Player Fantasy Pack reward, I would truly appreciate it. I really enjoy the game and just want to finish the season fairly based on the games I’ve actually won.  Not sure if this helps but it started doing this after the Blitz promo content launched on November 26th around 6pm CST.
