Unable to import RTG player

I purchased this game with the CFB 26 so I could move my RTG character over, and it’s physically impossible for me to do so. Flags every name as inappropriate. I’ve tried - John Madden, ea player, arch manning, John Doe, Frank Robinson- all get flagged. I’ll likely never play again if it can’t be fixed.
