Roster Download Issues

After the latest update, when getting onto H2H online it prompts the new mandatory roster update per usual, after an update. But now it will not save the updated roster after it downloads. As soon as I click onto Depth Chart after, it prompts the mandatory download again. Then after I make all changes to a depth chart, save and exit, as soon as I click on start to go into a match it makes me download again and erases my depth chart changes I had just saved. This is very frustrating, not sure if everyone is experiencing this or not, but I need this resolved asap! 🙏

Same. Drives me nuts trying to reorder my depth chart in 30 seconds at the start of a game.

I have the same issue nothing works. 

Literally just bought the game today... can't play it at all H2H. EA fix your game. The amount of people who are going to be livid tomorrow on Christmas...

So I may have found a fix, go to quick play start the game. You can either finish it or quit, then the next time I ask you to download the roster if it does, you should have no problem going into the game afterwards

the fix is EA needs to patch the dang issue
