Season upgrade token glitch

I have 2 92 overall upgrade tokens that I bought with season tickets. When I go to add them to the players where I need them, it acts like they are not in my binder. Am I the only one with this issue? I saved a video to my ps5 showing the issue. Anyone know a simple way to send that to ea support?

    A button!! It was a waste of time too even add the feature. The reason I play the game is too look good play good..I refuse too pay for it until Y'ALL ADJUST THE CUSTOM UNIFORMS.IT WILL STAY IN MY WISHLIST CART, UNTIL ITS BASICALLY, GIVEN AWAY.. their kids in control of buttons
