servers cannot proccess your request

I keep trying to log into Superstar mode and keep getting a "try again 512" error. Theres nothing wrong with my internet. Everything else works except that game mode. How do I fix this. I can't unlink my EA account either. Hav to wait a LONG time before I can again. Need help resolving this. 

Server crashing over over

Every time I try to play MUT I get: Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. On superstar mode I get a 512 error as well. I have deleted and reinstalled the game, I have restarted my PlayStation. I don’t want to unlink and relink my account because I don’t want to lose MUT progress. Any fixes?

Ultimate team not letting log in 

Description of Issue:

When attempting to access Madden Ultimate Team (MUT), the game returns a MISCSERVICEGATEWAY_ERR_SYSTEM error followed by "Our servers cannot process your request at this time." Additionally, attempting to access Superstar Mode triggers an immediate Error 512. Standard Online Head-to-Head (H2H) matchmaking works flawlessly on the exact same account.

Account Status:

EA Penalty History: 100% clean. Checked the official enforcement tool; there are zero active bans, suspensions, or market/auction restrictions.

Troubleshooting Completed (Local Hardware & Software):

Console Cache: Performed a full hardware power cycle (unplugged power brick for 60 seconds) and cleared the Xbox Series X Alternate MAC address.

Save Data: Deleted the local save data profile from the console dashboard to force a pristine cloud-sync download upon title launch.

Identity Handshake: Reset the EA account password, modified Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings, and flushed trusted devices/authorized applications to force an explicit credentials re-verification screen on the console boot.

Isolation Verification Metrics:

Network Isolation: Replicated the exact same behavior and errors identically across a standard home broadband connection and a completely independent mobile network hotspot.

Device Isolation (Crucial): Swapped to a secondary profile/gamertag on the exact same Xbox Series X console; the secondary profile encountered the identical MUT server-side connection blocks.

Cross-Game Cross-Check: Successfully connected to and played College Football Ultimate Team (CUT) on this exact same EA account with zero latency or authentication issues.

Looks like I am able to access MUT now!

Still hasn’t been fixed kinda crazy people spend money on this game you can’t do the one thing that everyone bought the game for 

I have tried over and over to play super star mode on Madden, and madden will either kick you when you have a good game or a good player and general. It won’t let you go past a certain week, won’t let you get through a certain quarter, but then when you try with another player it works fine. Madden needs to fix their bugs and soon because I don’t believe people will continue to pay for madden if the whole game has glitches. 

Anyone else having trouble connecting to ultimate team?
