Sphere of influence could of been great but!!!!!!

The new Sphere of Influence could of been a great addition to Madden if it worked correctly. First off the sports psychologist goes from a 10 back down to 1 aftet every game, this issue really doesn't bother me but when you change teams and the Sphere Of Influence doest recognize your new players this is a major set back. How can you build a relationship with your new team mates if they don't show on Sphere of Influence? I would love to know how long these games are actually played before they are put on market for purchase. Whoever plays this game and puts the stamp of approval on it needs to play for at least 8 seasons because if they play for one season and everything is working correctly then you have no ideal what happens when you change teams. What we pay as gamers  we should not have issues every year with madden.  I always purchase the MVP bundle to get early access to game. I feel like EA just puts madden put and really doesn't care about the players experience. Please work on these bugs and glitches in the game we spend to much money each year just to receive another game that does not work correctly.
