Squads not working

Me and my duo have been trying for months to play squads. We keep getting a request with the servers or something like a server error every time we try and play. The only way we can play is if we generate best lineup and change like nothing to the lineup. The problem is we have theme themes and that’s not the lineups we want. We have tried everything to fix it and nothing is working. Keep in mind I’m able to play trios with that person but not duos. Also I can play duos with anyone else. It’s only with that person and when we have our created lineups on use.
