Stretched model

The model of the players on the field would stretch and distort covering the screen. It could get so big you wouldn’t be able to see anything at all. It could just be one player or the whole linemen. I know it’s coming out of them too because when I sub them out then it disappears on the field but the flashing and body still comes from the sidelines. I tried redownloading the game and clearing my cache. I play on PS5. Tried looking around on how to fix it but it seems no one else has this problem. When I go on H2H it seems the opponent can still see and score while I’m stuck staring at flashes.
