Superstar mode 3v3

Why after getting top 100 after winning games I get zero or 1 rp points now but when I lose it takes between 15 to 90 rp points from me how do I fix that or why is it doin that to me it makes playin superstar mode to get top 100 pointless now it's a lossing battle..
