Superstar Mode crashes the whole game

Madden 26 superstar mode is garbage. Every time I try to go into superstar mode it says it can’t pull my information then immediately kicks me out of the EA server telling me to go check the ea.com site. This is such a bummer since superstar mode is my favorite and literally the only mode I play besides franchise on occasion. I have messaged one of the EA admin, but he never responded so I’m curious if the next patch will fix this or are we stuck till August when the new game comes out? Inquiring minds want to know.
