We've recently made some backend updates that may have helped get your account back online. In relation to the extra packs or coins, unfortunately, we're unable to grant any content here in the EA Forums.

EA_cuervo hey yeah its working now thanks.... did you guys do something on the backend? Been over a month though so is there anyway to get some extra packs or coins now?

Frankstars89 Thanks for trying these steps. Could you please try logging in to MUT and the Companion app one more time? If you're unable to log in again, could you please take screenshots of what you see? Thanks for your patience and cooperation!

Hey Authentic3geezy & Frankstars89 ,
There’s a quick step we’d like you to try that may help unlock access to Madden 26 Ultimate Team on your main account:- If you have any older Madden titles linked to this same account, please try launching the last one you've played.
- When it loads, check if you’re asked to complete any kind of security verification or challenge.
- If you see one, complete it fully and finish logging in.
- Once that’s done, go back to Madden 26 and try accessing Ultimate Team again.

Hi Cuervo — I’m having the same issue and wanted to add my case here for visibility.
Details:
Game: Madden NFL 26
Platform: PS5 (UK)
Error: “Our servers cannot process your request / Unable to process your content”
Impact: I cannot log into the game at all (all modes blocked). The Companion App is also inaccessible.
Duration: ~4 weeks
Key diagnostic point:
Another EA account can log in normally on the same PS5 and same network, which confirms this is account-specific and server-side, not connectivity or console related.
Troubleshooting already completed:
Full uninstall/reinstall
PS5 database rebuild (safe mode)
Cache clears / DNS changes
Different internet connections
EA Help troubleshooting (multiple cases)
EA Help case: #234728507
This has already been escalated via EA Help, but access has not been restored and the case was marked “resolved” despite the issue persisting.
I understand account details can’t be reviewed on the forums, but I wanted to flag that EA Help has already been contacted and escalation attempted, and the issue remains unresolved. This appears to require backend/account remediation rather than client-side troubleshooting.

Any guidance or confirmation that this type of account-level block is actively being investigated by the Madden Live team would be greatly appreciated.

I did turn off my WiFi and tested my connection before running the game I then switched profiles on the same console. Only then could I fully access all updates & challenges on Ultimate team, however the problem is my progress would be restarted and my money spent on the previous account would be all for nothing. What can be done to fix this issue?

Thanks for the clarification. Can you please let us know which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far, apart from uninstalling and reinstalling the game?
