Unable to collect points and badges,, On H2H

Everyday something ELSE goes wrong on  MADDEN 26,, Yesterday every time I went into H2H or press any button the music would change on its on.. Now today I'm unable to collect my points and badges on H2H.. What is going on here it's like the game has taken a mind of its own.. No Ranking points or Ranking badges,, EA 🤔
