Same problem. Contacted live chat today & they ran me through troubleshooting but didn’t fix it so said they’d pass it on to technical team to investigate. Hopefully there’s a fix soon

might’ve just been luck but I went into the settings on main menu & turned off cross play, MUT then loaded for the first time in days!

Tried this and I was also able to access ultimate team now. Had to do the following:
- Turn Off Crossplay in Settings
- Close Application and relaunch
- Wait for the Connection Lost error to appear (5-10 seconds)
- Reconnect to EA servers and start Ultimate Team
Have closed the app and relaunched a few times and confirmed I can now consistently access Ultimate Team using the last 2 steps. Happy that I can now get back in, but still something that EA should be investigating- Rqserx30 days agoRising Newcomer
I’ve been having the same connection error since about January and have been able to access ultimate team maybe 3 times since January have done all the same steps including the cross play off option and still not working for me
