Unable to download Madden 26 from EA Play List for free

I have Ea Play subscription and there was announcement that Madden 26 should be available to download for free from 5th February. Unforunately it isn't on Playstation. Game is somehow added to EA Play List on Playstation Network but it doesn't have "Included" status, but has a normal price tag
