Unplayable lag and slow-motion gameplay in Madden 24, 25 & 26
I’m seriously getting more and more frustrated with support from Electronic Arts lately, and I honestly feel like this needs to be said because I can’t be the only one experiencing this.
The support is absolutely ridiculous. It doesn’t just feel bad — it feels like talking to a robot that was programmed to ignore problems and repeat the same useless answers forever. I send a question, wait, and get responses that solve nothing. It’s like support is running on a broken microwave instead of actual human help.
The customer service experience feels like I’m trying to explain my problem to a player underwater after they ate 3 sleeping pills and decided understanding my issue is optional. Helpfulness is basically a joke at this point. Sometimes I genuinely wonder if the support system is trolling me personally just for trying to get help.
And honestly, the experience feels worse considering how much these games cost. How is it 2026 and we’re still dealing with support that feels like it belongs in some abandoned automated response experiment? It’s starting to feel like “customer support” is just a fancy word EA uses in marketing.
I’m not even asking for miracles — just support that doesn’t feel like it’s running at 10 IQ on a toaster during a thunderstorm. Actually read the problem, actually try to help, and stop sending copy-paste answers that make me want to scream into the void.
Anyone else having this problem? Or am I just cursed to contact support systems that feel like talking to a tired snail wearing a headset?
Would really like to know if others are experiencing this, because right now this is just frustrating and honestly kind of ridiculous.
