Wrongful Ban in Madden 25 and Coin Wipe in Madden 26 — I Need Real Help

was wrongfully banned by the bot system in Madden 25 in 2025, and then in Madden 26, I had all my coins wiped. I’ve never used any third-party tools, coin sites, or done anything shady.

I’ve spent real money on Madden Points and built my team the right way. This has been extremely frustrating — I was never given a clear explanation, and I’m not even banned in Madden 26, just wiped out with no warning.

I’ve already submitted multiple cases, but all I’ve gotten are automated or vague replies. I just want my account to be reviewed by a real person, not a bot.

Please, can someone at EA actually help me restore my coins and fix this situation?
