Amari Cooper Step-Up Offer Error

Hello,

Did anyone else experience an error today regarding the newly released Amari Cooper pack offer?

All 3 packs were unlocked for me earlier today.  I saw the 12,000 points needed for "Amari Cooper LTD Guarantee Pack" which prompted me to purchase the points needed for it, which was $100. Once I had my points, I went back to the pack.

Now, my first photo shows the pack unlocked, available for purchase and my account with 12,000 points. However, the error notification occurred several times when I tried purchasing it. The second photo is 3 hours after the first and shows them locked now. I just noticed this after I waited awhile to chat with a help agent and they told me to restart my console.

I never intended to buy the first two packs as I could not spend more money. Now I am in limbo. 12,000 points with no other pack I want, $100 gone, and a roster without Amari Cooper.

EA, please, make this right.
