Cards in Packs, do not have...

I've noticed people have boxes under their cards in packs that show the current auction house prices. However, that box NEVER shows up on mine. Someone said they thought it was bc of OVR, but I have opened packs above and below my OVR and that box does not show up. I would love for it too. Feel like this is a noob question, but how can I make that box appear? I've looked everywhere. Posting a screen shot to show, what I would like, which is the grey/black box with value under it. Makes it nice to choose cards when promlted with "choose one", without having to look up values. Thanks for help! 

**I'm also not prompted with "Hit RT to start this player" and it show that ovr position screen either. Missing all boxes I always see online.
