Coins Gone
Yesterday i purchased Ken Houston for 1.42M
it took my coins and I didn’t receive the player but it says I won the auction for him but he’s not in my item binder

thepassenger881 That is awesome. How did you get them to actually respond to your case? (I have been having issues with FC26 and noone on that forum seem to have experienced any meaningful communication from a relevant support person.)
Hey that’s my Joe Burrow. I’m on the other end. I didn’t receive the coins and he is stuck my binder as still in auction.
Quick update - EA support contacted me via email and gave me a coin refund. The email team was super responsive and helpful.
This happened to me with eternals joe burrow on Saturday (1,635,000). The auction is frozen on zero seconds and I have not received the player item or my coins back.
I have reached out to EA support four times already. They don’t know how to fix the issue and instead of working to resolve it, EA just closes the ticket. Four hours of chatting with advisors and I’m still out 1.635 million coins.
