False ban

I have reached out on a false ban I’m roughly 5-6k invested into the game I have appealed but my appeal is being ignored attached is a picture saying I updated it on 12/13 At 5 am it’s 12:30 am my time…. So it says I updated it in the future..I’d love for the legal department to reach out since I have reread the terms and conditions and have violated no policies.
