Game issues

I started playing ultimate team and whenever I do challenges these past two days it keeps making errors kicking off from my game I was playing and whenever I do another challenge it keeps making errors and it’s not my WiFi or internet please fix this problem

I can't play any cpu games without being kicked off the server. Using xbox series x
