Game Issues

I don’t understand how madden gives me a loss every time their game connection is terrible. My WiFi and Xbox are running completely fine but anytime I try and play online head 2 head it never works. I’ve gotten demoted now as I’ve received 4 losses without even playing a single second of those games in the span of 24 hours. Can the madden devs please fix this or make it right and give me my points back? This is very frustrating that I was one game from promotion to now being demoted and needing to get back in that division. I want to play the game but now I worry it won’t load and I’m going to continue to lose points.
