Madden points

Hello, I am contacting y’all because I purchased Madden points for Madden 26 and when I purchased my first load, it was for 2800 and then after I purchased it, the points did not go on my account. You could look at my purchase history and I will show y’all so then I purchased 500 Madden points to see if it will come up and then it came up so when I seen that, that’s when I purchased another 2800 when I purchased that one the points that I already had disappeared and the new points popped up so I purchased points. They didn’t come up then I purchased more. It came up then I purchased another load of points which was 2800 points again and then the ones I had disappeared. Just wanted to see if y’all could fix this issue for me because if y’all can’t then basically I purchased points and they didn’t go on my account.
