Any update?

Please say the above ain’t so … I would love to receive the reward I earned and make sure I’m ready for later In the year with all the other MCS players … EA please advise as I have a ticket on this but I haven’t gotten a response 

Twitch drops are broken for a lot of folks, since just before the Darren Waller weekend. It's affecting College Football 26 as well. No acknowledgement from EA either, which is extremely frustrating.
