Missing Mark Ingran II Twitch Set

Today is December 22, the day the Mark Ingran II Zero Chill award for watching Twitch drops was supposed to be available to be redeemed. It has been all day, and the set is nowhere to be found. I am not the only person with this issue, as I have seen consistent reports of this since the morning on several social media platforms. It's disappointing that it takes so long to earn these tokens, but the day we are supposed to redeem them and reap the benefits we worked hard for, the set isn't available, regardless of all of the posts made by EA to hype up the release of this card.
