Missing NFL 26 Preorder Content

I am missing:

All preorder content 

and

All deluxe edition content.

Did not receive anything. 

From what it sounds like is they may be trying to fix it in a patch/Maintenance at 6 AM Est 3am PST, 5 AM CST

So if they dont fix it then IDK when their going to fix it.

I’ve purchased the deluxe edition of Madden and never received anything for it especially in ultimate team no points no pre order players nothing I’ve contacted support multiple times n waited 6 days til the initial release to see if it would show up and yet still nothing this is crazy I’ve also provided proof of it in support chats.

Can someone help me get my stuff every time I go to support they send me here n then when I come here I get sent their no resolution like this is crazy I’ve gave them proof of my purchase n everything i dont know what to do at this point 

Hello I am missing. 

4600 Madden Points, an early access solo challenges, Hall of fame player,  Franchise Coach Ability Points, a Superstar Legendary XP Boost, and a Player Card Exclusive Item.

I have went through 4 Cases and all told me same thing that they are working on it.

I’m missing my teams and I reahed out to support with proof and still nothing like this is crazy it’s been 6days n nothing

Completely unreal that this has not been resolved. Incompetence through the roof. 

I bought the NCAA and Madden bundle back in May, and have yet to receive my rewards in Madden 26.  I received my add-ons in NCAA day 1, but not Madden.  I haven been playing for a week since early release and have not received my points nor my hall of fame rewards or the saquon card. Is there anything I can do?

 I tried logging back in Madden 25. My problem is deeper. I received the 3 Rookie premiere packs on my pc,  because i logged in first there, to try the free trial. I left them there, i didnt opened any of them, they are untouched cause i wanna use them on the xbox. Any Solution for this ? 

Never received my madden cash got all the packs and got to play the game early but as someone that plays ultimate team that is $50 of content that I did not received paid 100 and something bucks on a game expect to have all the content that it says it comes with tried restarting console signing out uninstalling and reinstall nothing works
