Missing NFL 26 Preorder Content

I'm still missing my will johnson rookie premier.  How and when am I going to get him?

try logging back into madden 25, play a couple challenges and buy a pack . it worked for me 

Did anyone else just not get their madden points i just thought it was a glitch and at least by the official release it would be there but its still here i did not pay 135$ for nothing!

I still haven't received my Peppers, Hurts.

It has been over 100 hours since the release of madden 26 and I have not gotten any of my pre order bonuses no 4600 points, Jalen Hertz, Saquon Barkley, and Hall of Fame choice pack.

This same thing is happening to me, I got my points and bought the premium pass but they didn’t give it to me and they took my points. If you find a contact support number lmk in the comments.

Has anyone received a update from anyone I have been waiting to talk to a agent for days and then they just close the chat without even telling me they opened one.

I bought the deluxe edition and I haven’t received any of my content for buying this version of the game. This is very frustrating and it seems like such an easy fix but no one responds and it’s impossible to get in a chat. 

Also whenever I try and start a chat now it just says that customer service doesn’t support my issue
