For what it's worth, I waited to get through to the help chat, reported it, and got the "I feel your pain. That must be frustrating. Our team is looking into it." response. I'm sure they're taught to say that to demonstrate empathy with the customer, but that doesn't work when you use it every time. It's actually a little insulting.
But that probably means we can forget about getting it.

Not true! If there's something wrong with pack weights or the store they fix it fast, really fast.

Never got my preorder content or my cut 26 xp token. EA is a joke. All they do is steal money and never properly fix anything

I'll buy my next whatever once I get my last upgrade token. Looks like a NMS rest of the year! 😂

I have same issue, finished field pass and missing one, apparently we were supposed to receive a pack yesterday with it

You're taking about the Game Time Upgrade Token? I haven't gotten it either. I've heard it's showing up at random for some. I finished that field pass days ago, though, and Golden is in my lineup, so I'd really like to max him out.
Hey, EA Powers That Be--any word on whether anything is being done about this?
