MUT lineup screen?

So I have other posts on this but since the help desk said get more engagement and upvotes here I am again.
After spending two hours on ea help, I'm convinced there's not going to be a fix on this. One of the reps legit used an AI generated response as an answer for things for me to try (already tried them. It's been 4 weeks remember!)
I can't, in sound mind, continue to put money into a broken game mode/game.
So here's the solution: STOP PLAYING ULTIMATE TEAM AND BUYING POINTS UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS FIXED! Reduced revenue on packs and points will maybe get these guys to fix the game.
So if you've been having problems like me (missing out on 2 promos because of bugs on this game/game mode,) join me in generating some change by staying off the pack store, auction house, all of it.
Stop holding out on the fixes for your broken game!
