No rewards in Solo Seasons: The League or The Run

Is anyone playing the solo season, The League or the Run, and not getting the packs at the end of each win? I played the 10 games, then the playoffs and Superbowl, and only got two packs. The same is...

This is ridiculous I played through the run and got zero rewards for my efforts and lost how am I supposed to get better players to eventually win if the game is gonna give me the rewards I've earned I paid 140 dollars for a broken game apparently and for anybody that experiencing this a compensatory pack will not equal up to the 15 packs I earned its diabolical and unacceptable
