No rewards in Solo Seasons: The League or The Run

Is anyone playing the solo season, The League or the Run, and not getting the packs at the end of each win? I played the 10 games, then the playoffs and Superbowl, and only got two packs. The same is...

Hey everyone, 

We appreciate the heads-up on this. When you've got the chance could you share a bit more info so we can pass it along? 

  • Which platform are you playing on? 
  • What's your PSN ID, Xbox Gamertag, Nintendo Switch Online ID, EA Account ID, or Steam ID?
  • Have you checked your unopened packs or item binder to see if anything new has popped up after seeing the blank screen?

My issue was solve as stated by a member it was a visual bug, and I also realized that unlike the solo challenges from Madden25, I do not get all the rewards at every win only the rewards at the end of game, if I win all 10 games I get that reward if I loose at game 5, I get the rewards in 4 wins etc. It was just weird not to see the rewards in the first screen. Thanks.
