I completed all ten games of solo champions medium and finished at minimum level 5 and did not receive my 75000k or 90000k of XP.
please explain?

Maxboom7492 looks like you misunderstood the reward system of solo champions. the xp you are talking about is not the same as the xp in the season pass or team pass. the xp from solo champions can be earned by playing the solo champion games. the more xp you earn, the higher the level you reach. for example if you earn 75.000+ xp, you reach level 5 and will be rewarded with a paydirt pack and a hail mary pack.
If you spent over 3 hours of your time and both of your silver coupons for a paydirt pack and a Hail Mary pack you would never tell someone that they misunderstood. You would just agree that the description of XP and the entire program is an example of computer programmers of EA not understanding what their customers want. Why would anyone spend so much time for those packs ? It is very misleading and a huge disconnect from EA and their client base.

Your explanation is false. The game indicates that BTS is the form of measurement used to determine the level of rewards that a player needs to achieve in order to get a reward. In the rewards part of the game it shows that by getting to level 5 the amount of XP earned would be 75000. Can you please credit my account 75000 XP?

Same I completed my first one on hard and made it to level 3 did not receive any rewards it said no rewards pending preview. I then completed another one solo silver and received nothing. I contacted support and they say they are aware of the problem and are workin to fix it. In the meantime I wanted to know what they will do about my rewards and they said when it is fixed I will receive all of my rewards from xp coins to packs. Yes you do get xp. BTS is not the same.
EA isn’t going to do anything. Nobody has reached out to me to help me at all. Instead someone just tried telling me that XP is the same as BTS
They also encouraged me to keep playing the solo champs as our rewards will build up and come once they fix the issue when I asked them why they are still allowing us to spend our keys and enter a game mode that doesn’t even work. I’m on the fence about continuing champs until I get my rewards from before. However, due to all the other CPU modes being extremely to easy. To the point I have to qb spy my d line in order for my ai not to get sacks and fumbles every play I will probably play it again on hard. Even. Medium was too easy I felt. And I’m a MLB player this the first madden I’ve had in years.
Pretty sure the only XP you get from these are if you have dailies or weeklies left otherwise you get no XP from them. It's been that way.
