I am still missing pregame access content. I spent over 3 hours waiting to chat with EA help and all they could do was tell me they gave the information to their team and to look at this discussion board.
i beat Solo Season: The Run and I received the 11 pack reward. I just didn’t get any credit in my object and am missing Solo Season Tokens.
Currently my stats and games aren’t computing over to objectives so I can earn XP and rewards. I just played 4 solo games. Under objectives, it’s 0/10. So I tried playing H2H and the still 0/10.
can anyone help me fix this problem? It seems EA doesn’t care. It would be greatly appreciated especially since I paid extra for the pregame content and should have gotten it 8 days ago. It’s impossible to level up when my stats aren’t computing over to objectives.
