No rewards in Solo Seasons: The League or The Run

Is anyone playing the solo season, The League or the Run, and not getting the packs at the end of each win? I played the 10 games, then the playoffs and Superbowl, and only got two packs. The same is...

6 Months later and I'm dealing with this exact issue. I only get the Packs for the Final Win, the other 10 Packs before never track. I bet if these were Packs People were Buying there would have never been a problem in the 1st place...
