Not trying to spam but you guys need to help me fix this

First off let me start off by saying. Your customer service is horrible. Didn't resolve my issue once. They told me to wait 24 hours. And I did. Still nothing. Yesterday I opened 500k worth of the new merry mix up packs. And I was lucky enough to pull my favorite player of all time. Odell Beckham jr. As excited as I was I went to my binder to check his abilities and what not. Only to find out none of the cards I pulled where there. So now I'm out on that Odell card. And my 500k coins. I'm completely getting ripped off and nobody has thought to fix this yet. This is utterly unbelievable. I've seen many other people complain to this company that there missing items and not one associate has cared enough to even respond. I WANT MY CARD.
