Open Directory Twitch drops

It's been 2 days, and I still haven't received any of my Open Directory Twitch Packs. Can't submit a help claim with EA because there's no topic. I know I can't be the only one. Does anyone know if this is on EA's radar, are they working on a fix. My accounts are linked; photo attached below.

This has been going on for nearly 3 weeks or more for many of us. They're not showing up in College Football either. So frustrating.
