Ranked Reward Pack Missing After Session Start (Known Bug)

I am reporting a severe and known issue regarding Madden 26 Ultimate Team Ranked Rewards that has now caused an unacceptable delay (currently over 83 hours since Saturday morning) in receiving my earned content.

The Issue: Missing Hero I Ranked Reward Pack

Previous Season Finish: I finished the last Ranked season at Hero Level I. The system failed to deliver the corresponding Hero I Reward Pack upon season conclusion.

Attempted Fix Failed: When prompted to "Finish Event," I clicked it. This successfully started the new Ranked session, but it failed to trigger the release of the previous season's reward pack.

Current Status: I am now three games into the new Ranked session, yet the previous season's Hero I reward pack is still missing.

Evidence: I have attached a screenshot clearly showing my season progress badge and rank, verifying my eligibility for the Hero I reward.

Demand for Action

This is a bug that affects countless players. The lengthy delay is unacceptable. I need this rectified immediately:

Manual Deposit: Manually verify my Hero I rank using the attached screenshot and immediately deposit the correct reward card pack into my account.

Compensation: I demand everything I earned, and I expect compensation for the multi-day delay caused by this known bug.

If any Community Manager or senior support staff sees this, please escalate this issue immediately.
