Ranked rewards not showing up

My ranked rewards from season 3 never showed up in my account and it’s already been 3 days and nothings been in my binder , I’ve already claimed the pack and started the new season but haven’t gotten anything, I contacted ea support and they didn’t really offer me a  solution, does anyone know a workaround ?

    i have the exact same thing going on here. I grinded a lot of games and wasted a lot of time to get that **bleep** Rg3 card. I cant get ANYONE on the phone. What did they tell you? I know you said they gave no solutions, but did they say they were "working on it" or whatever?? This is infuriating.
