This Is a Concern & a Needed Conversation (2nd Ban of the year)

SAME THING HAPPNED TO ME.  I SPENT REAL MONEY FOR THE COINS THY TOOK.  AT  this point i have exhausted my ways TO CONTACT EA sports. Even tried tried contacting senior management and the man who oversees this forum. 

We can file a class action lawsuit but we need an attorney and more plaintiffs would be better. Im sure we are not the only ones.

I will reach out to EA Support directly to formally present my case. However, I want to emphasize how important this situation is to me as a long-time Madden fan. Being accused of wrongful acts (TWICE NOW)  is affecting my enjoyment of the game, and I genuinely believe there has been a misunderstanding regarding my account. 

I will follow the appropriate channels to appeal, but I hope that my long-standing commitment to fair play can be taken into account during the review.

Plus if you look through this forum you will see cases just like mine. NOT a cheater that was caught but an actual person that is dedicating hrs to a game they enjoy.
