I should have 3 and only received 2. I've played this game for over 30yrs and spent tons of money and I know I didn't miss something on my end. All 3 sets were done with plenty of coin and Madden points leftover in 25

EA_Kent this “solution” still did not work. I have only received will johnson and I completed one set (and have Tate ratledge on my m25 team) still nothing in m26. Can we please get a solution that works?

Grinded to get my rookie premiere tokens and i never got them in madden 26. i have the players but i don't have the tokens that give them all 32 team chems
I still haven’t got my will johnson. I have went back to madden 25 and done challenges and leveled the rookie premiere pass up and still nothing in madden 26.
I did my challenges and sets in madden 25 for the 3 players. And I still have not received them in Madden 26. I’ve gone back and played Madden 25 and logged back into Madden 26 and still have not received them. I’ve also contacted the support team twice and have yet to be contacted back. Getting pretty sick of this.
I’d also like to add I haven’t even received the Will Johnson card yet as well
Not sure if anyone else is having this issue so I figure to share my story it’s been very frustrating I pre ordered the Deluxe combo edition with both NCAA/Madden 26 way before 7/24/25 I haven’t received my rookie premiere crossovers after completing all my challenges before 8/7/25, I’m currently also missing the pre order content along with my Madden points I gave it a few days even restarted my console went as far as uninstalling and installing the game it’s now 8/18/25 and Im still having this problem which absolutely sucks because new cards have been dropping almost everyday or every other day and I’m trying to be patient but don’t know what else to do please help!!!!!
