Why is my record undefined on Madden NFL 26 Ultimate Team

Another year of not know my record on madden nfl 26 ultimate team all it says is undefined i just wanna see how many losses and wins i got in my leaderboard , plus i didn't get my rookie premier players or the Jalen hurts or Julius  peppers

    Marking as solved only for visibility. We are currently investigating this issue.

    Hey, folks

    The team is still aware of players showing as "undefined" on their rank and stats. They are looking into this one. It's more of a display issue than anything else. It's kind of annoying, yes, but hopefully, it will get updated soon and start showing your actual ranks and stats.

    My stats and record on H2H in MUT are showing all as “Undefined” this is very disappointing as there is no fix does anyone have a solution? I just want to be able to track my Ws and Ls

    Yes, my account says undefined as well, can't see my record on any leaderboard.
