Another year of not know my record on madden nfl 26 ultimate team all it says is undefined i just wanna see how many losses and wins i got in my leaderboard , plus i didn't get my rookie premier players or the Jalen hurts or Julius peppers
Why even lie like this😭 6 months later still not resolved. This is an issue people have been having for YEARS on end. So much ridiculously simple issues in this game that can’t require more than 2 brain cells to fix yet nothing changes.
Idk what it is with ea but for some reason I cant run duos on mut we load in and it just kicks us out I run d he runs o and it won't work but if we switch it works this game is afwul
Hi EA_Shepard this still isn't working, four months after the patch said it would be fixed and it's been an issue for the past two years. Any chance this will ever be fixed or should we assume it will be like every other issue that doesn't directly lead to a financial loss for EA and won't be resolved?

You guys have been saying your looking into this for the past two months now my record still says undefined I just want to be able to track my wins and losses I believe you guys aren't truly looking in to this and needs to be fixed because this is been happening to me and many other users I'm sure of as well and needs to be fixed soon.
I’ve been playing mut all year on head to head seasons just to find out on my leaderboards it says undefined I don’t even have a record and I’ve been playing for no reason and please need it fixed or I will be refunding the game
This was an issue for much of last year's game and here we are, still unable to see our own win/loss record and stats on the H2H leaderboard. There was a previous thread that was marked as resolved 20 days ago and that it was being looked into but no updates since and, given that this was broken last year too, it would be great to get a new update on any progress here.
It seems like a workaround would be to allow us to add ourselves to our friends list, since we're able to see all of our friends stats but not our own. Any update would be much appreciated.
