Hello I hope everyone’s having a great start to their Fridays. I’ve been playing madden for a decade now and can say, i’ve never experienced anything like this before. EA has truly set a new low. As you all know there is a crystal Patrick Surtain, he was available for $250. I bought Packs and got my Patrick Surtain very early, then sold him as the rest of my team on September 8th. I believe September 9th the redux offer was in store, and his price tanked. I had no clue about this redux, or when it was going to come out and could’ve never avoided selling him right before the giant dip (causing the auction house bot to flag my account). I know it’s not wise, and most of you will probably feel negative about this but I did spent a good chunk of money on madden this year. Like I said i’ve been a fan for a decade. Close to $500.. and this is all on packs. Money to EA. I chose to play the game the right way, give my money to EA, and invest my time into a game i’ve enjoyed for years only to have my entire teams value took from me (8mil mut coins).
Ive talked to EA hell three times, all three times denied. I’ve spammed social media and no response. I know they see the notifications, but they choose silence. I hope someone at EA cared for their consumers. It’s sad a slight moment of their day could fix many of ours. I never asked for the world, or make rights, or anything other than what belongs to me. It sucks EA turns their head and acts like we don’t exist I know i’m not the only one.
