Wrongfully suspended account not even being looked at by EA?
My account was suspended on November 21, 2025 for "Coin distribution" in which I have never bought or sold coins. I had over 1000+ hours on madden 26 with over 70M coins from working the auction house. I have put in around 10-25 appeals regarding this and asking EA to please look at it seriously. I have made many EA support chats and talked with agents in which they tell me to just go through the process with the TOS team in which I have every time I get the same response saying they have looked over it and feel the ban is justified. I know for a fact the ban cannot be justified and I have seen so many other people within the community with the same problems. I just do not understand how im not able to talk to someone about this problem i have. I cant even talk with the TOS team as they say they are not showing my any evidence regarding the suspension. Today I received this email saying they are never looking at it again basically telling me to stop appealing. How can that make any sense for someone that buys ones product and spends their time on it to basically say we don't want to help you stop appealing? If anybody at EA or with EA connections happens to see this I would really like to talk about this but im sure nothing will be done about this sadly. I went through the same thing in madden 21 and randomly months later was unbanned.
