Zero chill cpu event

I was 4-0 in zero chill cpu event when I went to start a game I was given snow and my 4-0 record reset to 0-0. Played an additional game in hopes that the issue would correct itself but unfortunately it didn’t. Filed a case with EA and was told the problem was resolved and my progress/record should show 5-0. I have restarted the game three times and my record is still 0-0 and I received no content. Received nothing. Help.
