Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Here are some instructions for downloading the beta:

PS5:

• Search "Madden" in your Library & click on Madden 27
• Navigate to the three dots drop down
• Select "M27 Madden Test Realm" to download

XBOX:

• Go to your order history and select Madden NFL 27 Closed Beta. You should be able to go to the store page and download.

Steam and EA App:

• You should be able to download and install from your library

I have a PS5 code that was emailed to me from EA. I followed the PS5 steps multiple times but nothing is working. How can I download the BETA?

When I go to the PS store to download the M27 Test Realm, the only options I show are "wishlist" and "follow".. No download option, also it said I successfully redeemed the code. So not sure what the next steps are as time is ticking to play the Beta.

Are you sure you redeemed the code on the account that registered for the beta?

Yes, I only have one account.

Most likely then your code is for a different platform. The email you received should tell you which platform your code was for.

are codes done being sent out?

Seemed to be an incorrect code for a different platform. I used the prompt provided for a beta tool. I received a new email for another 20 digit code, is that correct length for PS5 Beta code?
