Can’t sell player in madden 20

Having the same issue 

Hello ea my name is seth I've been locked out if the auction house for 2 weeks for giving my other acc some coins to make that team alittle better. It's been over 2 weeks it's now 3 weeks since I was suspended I want my * unlocked or I'll make all this go viral bc this is * rn I spent real hard working money on this madden 20 game an I cant even auction * off so can u please fix this right away I dont see scomo or the actual cc getting suspended for transferring there coins to there other acc so why me huh??????????????

did they ever figure that out if so plz explain to me what to do

I found this fix. YOu cant have any upgrades on the card at all in order for you to sell it. That includes team chemistry.
