Error "our servers cannot process your request" when entering cloud franchise

Platform(Include which Generation): PlayStation 5

PSN ID or Gamer Tag: DaCubanSensation
Type of Network being used: LAN 1GB

Date/time issue occurred: 10.14.22 10:46am 

What were you doing when it happened? Loading into a cloud franchise I joined 

What was the last action you completed before it happened? I believe I powered on the console and loaded directly into madden. I have not began playing the other game modes yet so I went directly into the franchise. It shows that I am in the franchise on the “Current Franchises” screen but when I select it so I can enter into it, the error appears. Also, after speaking with a commissioner of the league, he says I am not shown as a member but when he tries to send me an invite, it says I am a member. I cannot delete it either.

How often does the bug occur? This is the very first time it has occurred and continues to occur

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure about this. All I did was power on the game and went into franchise mode.
