We have the problem in our CFL that only 31 of 32 coaches can join the franchise. The 32nd coach gets the following error message: ERROR - Our server cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the Main Menu.
At the moment, a coach always leaves the league after a game has been played, so that the 32nd coach can join and play his game. In the next game week then the same scenario. This is extremely unsatisfactory because it means that staff points etc. are lost and we don't yet know how to go about drafting or free agency. We haven't found a solution to this yet.
Is there already a solution for this or information as to when the error will be fixed?

Same for our Franchise. Seems to be the same bug there was in Madden 22. Fix it ASAP! Ruins the franchise mode!

Simple fix for 32nd user can't join franchise glitch

Our league hit the dreaded "32nd user can't join". But we found a method that appears to be a workaround:

- In franchise settings, set your league size to 31
- Advance to next week
- Set league size back to 32

When we did this, the "our servers cannot process your request" error went away and our 32nd user was able to join.

Got this info from a Madden discord server! Please test if your league has the 31/32 bug and report back

Error message keeps popping up on my Madden Franchise mode. It happened after just playing a game and now I can’t even log into the franchise. I started a new one and that works fine but I’m so far into this one that I want to continue. Is there any way around this that I can get it working again. Tried everything already suggested and it just won’t budge or this screen

What happens when the bug occurs? It gives an error that says: “our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the main menu.”
What do you expect to see? Expected to be able to load into my franchise.

Summarize your bug Whenever I try to enter this franchise, I get an error stating that ea servers could not process my request. After, it sends me back to the main menu. I can enter every other franchise I have but this one doesn’t work.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No clue. Happened all of a sudden after 1 and a half seasons
What happens when the bug occurs? Click on the franchise to load up and then: Error. “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the main menu.”
What do you expect to see? Being able to get into my franchise
