- @KiwiRayLewis I also cannot UNlink my account from Madden Mobile. Maybe if someone could actually do something about this problem rather than spinning wheels and scratching your cracks over at EA, that'd be wonderful. It's been a month since I reported this.

The whole EA. It keeps saying unable to retrieve data.Have you tried power cycling your console and local network (Yes/No)

When did you start experiencing this error? Did you always experience it or did it show up after an update? When did it start happening?It started happening as soon as i opened the game. I’ve had it for two months now and still keeps giving me the error. I don’t know what to do

The Yard is not in Madden 22 Mobile yet, but would you be able to download the latest version and login since progression was shared among both accounts to see if that has any positive effect on you editing the Avatar in Madden 22?
Thanks for getting back to us with the details. The team is still looking into this and it seems to be a difficult issue to locate the root cause. We're looking to gather as much information as we can from players here to determine what was done prior to the error to help them with the investigation. - @EA_Blueberry Uninstalled and reinstalled latest version of Madden Mobile and the EA Account there is still linked.
Still unable to access the Madden Profile from the main game menu screen to make any changes to the Avatar - it just boots me back to the main page again.
If my EA account was unlinked from the Mobile version of the game, would that solve it? I'm not going to play the Mobile game again - EA_Blueberry4 years ago

You're not able to unlink Mobile from your EA account through the mobile app. I can't guarantee that would even work though, but thanks for confirming the steps for us so we can get this over to the team. Can you DIRECT MESSAGE ME your Madden User ID? It's found under Settings in the top right corner for Madden Mobile. It's the numbers. - EA_Blueberry4 years ago

Also, are any of you able to launch the game from a different account on the same console? If you only have one copy of Madden 22, there is an option to share your game to other Gamertags/PSN IDs on the home console. We want to verify this is specific to the account you're experiencing this error on.
If you are able to launch the game from a different account without the error, can you let us know what happens when go back to your main account?
Thank you for the help. Only have one account on my ps5. So it’s specific to my account. Not sharing madden either.

Did you play Madden Mobile last year or this year as well? If so, can you DM me your PSN ID and Madden Mobile ID? Yes, jasz_3
